Hampstead Gymnastics Club delivers one of the best General Gymnastic programmes in London. First and foremost, all our sessions are 2 hours long. This gives children the opportunity to learn more and time to consolidate. Second, our classes are ability matched. So it is full steam ahead for the whole class, nobody is left out on the fringes. And third, we are very effective at motivating children, who in turn produce good work and make rapid progress. We teach CARTWHEELS, BACKFLIPS AND SOMERSAULTS. It is not 'just an hour of fun', our gymnasts get a great deal more.
